I suppose it depends upon what subsequently happened to the child. If he/she was fine, or recovered quickly, then you're not going to be able to show that harm was done due to the hospital's actions, whereas if there were complications or if further treatment (particularly emergency treatment) was required, then you might be able to sue them over the additional expenses.What action would you take as a parent of snake bite victim?
check witha lawyer but the hospital would know the corect way to treat the bite wound
