My younger sister just got her driver's license and was given a temporary license until her real ID license comes in the mail. Our mom was arguing about how she can't drive by herself until she gets her real California drivers license sent. Is this true? I'm so fed up with giving my sister rides all the time, can she start driving by herself now?After you get your temporary license, can you still drive places without a parent?
