It's 18. do it yourself with a 2 inch safety pin. That's how I did my 11 earpiercings, my nose, my bellybotton, my lip, and my clit tickler. It's too dangerous to do your toung. keep the pin clean with peroxide. infection sucks. I don't know anyone who got their peircings professionally.

But, it's possible that you could go to Venice, or some place else that is known for their unconventional habits, and they might not ID or might just assume if you look older.
I know that, however, you could go in there with an older adult, or friend, and pass them off as your mom or dad.
I used to do it all the time, just make sure you call them daddy and they'll buy it.
Tattoo parlors are much more official, and need ID from you and your gardian - they could get in huge trouble if they messed up, so they take it seriously.
It depends on where you go and what you want pierced if you just want your ears pierced then you can get it done at Claire's when your 14 but any other piercings or places you need to be 18

but that doesnt matter, just convince ur parents to get the piercing you want. works for me. it'll be better if they lowered it to 15.
