Im 16 years old, i have experience in acting( im in my schools Speech Team/ Club and i have done many plays and theatre performances, i dance , and i do a bit of singing. I have always wanted to become an actress but i was never sure how I could get started. This is a dream of mine that i dont think my mom or dad would support, but i want to do it anyhow, so how can i get started? How do to become a teen actress when i dont have much support by my parent?
I'm sorry to tell you that there is absolutely no way to start a formal career when you're under 18 and don't have a guardian in support of it. Just keep performing in every single school and community play/musical that you possibly can so that you build up a resume. Work backstage if you don't get a part and take some drama classes in and out of school. Also, voice lessons are always good, even if you don't necessarily want to go down the musical road. They're generally not too much money (if any) through your high school. Once you're 18, study at a good performing arts college and you'll be able to start a career, whether your family is on board or not.

Keep doing as many school shows (both on and backstage) as you can, plus any local community shows if you can find them, and start looking now for colleges with good theatre programs. You'll be 18 before you know it and they won't have any say in the matter :)

Talk to your school's drama or speech coach as well, he or she may have some resources for you to explore.
As a minor and without your parents support you won't be able to do anything beyond school plays. As such, if I were you, I'd simply continue down that road, keep the grades up and prepare yourself for college where you'll be able to further your education as an actor in preparation for pursuing it as a career once you're graduated and an adult.
Talk to your parents. Tell them that acting is a passion. They will understand, and should support your dreams and aspirations. They won't stop loving you because you want to act. Perhaps they can help you pursue and achieve your dream.
