Unfortunately due to the laws, it is illegal to perform any piercings on a person under the age of 18, unless you have parental permission and in saying that your parents have to have identification, they have to sign a form waving all rights from the piercer/or the studio owners.





I know it is ridiculous, but that is the do-gooders fault and the government, but yet a child is able to have a baby at 13 and or drive a car at 16, so go figure?





We have this problem all the time, I am a Professional Body Piercer and we have to keep all records/dates/times etc to show the Local Council and Dept of health each month, if it's not correct we can be charged.





I know its not fair, but all you have to do is to explain to your parents if you wish to have a piercing is that you would like it down professionally as you know people who have had back yard jobs and got infections, and you will look after it etc.

Well I'm pretty sure at most places you can get piercings on your ears %26amp; nose.. But it depends on where you go. I'm pretty sure that there is at least one place where you are that would do even more piercing.
